Mr. Hiro Kataoka
Mr. Hiro Kataoka has over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, global executive, and visionary in the technology industry in the US, Japan, and Asia. Currently, he is CEO of HOGO, Inc. (US and Japan) and Chairman of 689Cloud (Vietnam), two start-ups that provide secure cloud collaboration in the Vietnam and global markets. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Worldwide Sales of NetSilicon (a Digi International Company), a publicly traded US-based pioneer in the IoT chip industry. In 1991, he had founded Dimatech Corporation in Japan and built the business to be a leader in digital image processing technology. He has spoken about numerous technology topics at events such as the Microprocessor Forum, and the Nikkei Electronics Processor Conference.
[Abstract] Presentation: The advance of digital transformation and opportunity for Vietnamese businesses
In this presentation, Mr. Kataoka, an expert and executive in the technology industry for over 25 years, will describe how adoption of cloud technology has advanced the digital transformation in the economy and society in general, and the effects this has had in both regions. Some topics that will be discussed are:
